A fun parting gift to my co-workers.

Meant to be tongue in cheek, but showcases serious skills in Camtasia, Video Editing, Scriptwriting and Voiceover

Problem: As CMC cannot hire a TPR specialist, employees need to equally share the responsibility of timely TPR. Needs analysis has shown that there is a knowledge and skill gap regarding the mechanism and process of TPR keeping some team members from performing this duty. If this need is not addressed, there is potential for creating uncomfortable personal situations, in turn disrupting the workplace culture and morale.

Solution: Create a training video to address the knowledge and skill gaps.
